This device uses multiple high pixel line scan cameras and a special combination of LED light sources to acquire high definition images and then uses a special Mura algorithm for in-line high speed inspection by means of an intelligent image processor. It is based on the principle of using a special 3D multi-angle light source (patented product) and a special Mura detection algorithm (patented product) to detect a variety of different defects on glass covers. It has an original solution for defects on the P-side and R-angle of 2.5D glass in particular, and also supports the detection of defects on 3D mobile phone glass covers. Its developed mobile phone glass panel detection algorithm has a number of invention patents, does not require the CAD design pattern of the mobile phone glass cover and traditional template matching, with adaptive, can be automatically identified and classified according to the different areas of the cover .

 

Cover glass in the process of production requires a series of special processing processes such as opening, CNC, polishing, ultrasonic cleaning, vacuum forging film, tempering, silk screen printing and other products made .
